We were promised a specific pickup date and assured we wouldn't need a backup — only to have them change it last minute. Despite sending exact measurements and being to ... Read More We were promised a specific pickup date and assured we wouldn't need a backup — only to have them change it last minute. Despite sending exact measurements and being told our estimate allowed more than enough space, they showed up and claimed we had too much. They said they had their own fleet of trucks — instead, they arrived in a rented one. Promised three movers and a foreman, but only two showed up with the foreman. Delivery was guaranteed within 1–3 days due to the slow season, which is why we chose them. Instead, we waited 11 days. Our items arrived in a completely different truck, and the condition was appalling: damaged, filthy, broken, missing parts, and soaked. Boxes were destroyed, including our TV box which was literally wet. Furniture had deep scratches, chips, and skid marks. They refused to provide an invoice for the thousands we had already paid, then tried to overcharge us by more than $1,000. Worst of all, they wouldn't even open the truck until we paid — we weren’t allowed to confirm our items were even there. Communication was non-existent. Emails were ignored. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and should not be in business. Avoid at all costs.

The movers showed up on time and did an incedible job especially for a difficult move. I'm so pleased with how everything worked out.
