Carefully, Quickly
I had to move my workshop from a rented unit into my home garage. There were heavy tools, shelves, and a lot of loose materials. I didn't label everything clearly, but the movers still managed to handle it carefully and kept things grouped together. I was able to set up quickly after the move because they placed everything right where I needed it.

This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from a moving company. Customers put an enormous amount of trust in movers because they have access to their homes, personal belongings, and family possessions. The issues you described would be enough to make anyone upset, but the alleged treatment of your daughter’s crib and bed is especially disturbing. I hope your evidence is preserved and taken seriously.

They worked quickly without being careless, packed everything securely, and had me settled in my new place much faster than I thought possible. DO NOT HIRE
If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. This was hands-down the most dishonest, careless, and unacceptable moving experience I have ever had. Cash went missing during our move. Multiple belongings were broken. They quite literally packed DEAD BUGS into our boxes instead of taking even the slightest care with our possessions. As if that weren’t bad enough, they changed the agreed-upon price just THREE DAYS before pickup—raising it by THOUSANDS of dollars when we had virtually no time to find another company. It felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch designed to trap us once they knew we were depending on them. A moving company is trusted inside your home and around nearly everything you own. That trust was completely violated. Between the missing cash, damaged property, disgusting packing practices, and last-minute price increase, I would never allow this company near my belongings again. Please take this warning seriously: document absolutely everything, photograph your valuables, count your cash, read every line of the contract, and do not assume the original quote will be honored. Better yet, protect yourself and hire someone else. I would strongly discourage anyone from giving this company their business.

This is absolutely horrifying.
This is absolutely horrifying. No one should ever have to go through something like this, especially when their children and personal belongings are involved. The fact that a mover would admit to doing something so disgusting to a child’s crib and bed is beyond unacceptable. I really hope you’re able to get justice and that other families see this before trusting this company.

I'm still amazed at how smoothly everything went. The movers didn't waste a single minute, but they also didn't rush in a careless way. They wrapped my fragile items carefully and even gave me tips on unpacking so nothing would get damaged later. Every single item arrived in perfect condition. Worst move ever.
I was unhappy with how my move was managed. There were delays, and the updates were not very helpful. This created unnecessary stress on moving day. Better planning and communication are needed.
