Read More I wish I could give zero stars. If you are considering using Azimuth Group for your move, please keep reading and save yourself the nightmare I am still living. Upon delivery, the damage to my belongings was so bad that the delivery crew themselves urged me to file an insurance claim. They were visibly embarrassed. They told me the company would make it right — up to the $10,000 valuation on my shipment. That should tell you everything you need to know about the condition my items arrived in. But the damage wasn't even the worst part. Several thousand dollars worth of my belongings were never delivered at all. They simply vanished somewhere between pickup and delivery. When I asked Azimuth Group directly where my property is, I received no real answer. Let that sink in — items that were exclusively in their possession are gone, and they have no explanation. When I filed my claim, I was assured it would be resolved within 30 business days. It took 40, with no proactive communication in between. Their eventual response was to offer $1,000 — an insult that doesn't come close to covering what was damaged, let alone what was stolen or lost. I am now pursuing action through the Better Business Bureau and small claims court. I will not stop until this is resolved. The way I see it, there are only two explanations for how this many items go missing from a shipment: gross negligence or outright theft. Neither is acceptable, and neither should be tolerated by anyone trusting this company with their belongings. Do not give Azimuth Group your business. Do not trust them with your property. You have been warned.

Read More Was an absolute horrible experience. They did not adequately share the schedule prior to me signing. Then picked up my items from CO and brought them to NY for storage “until a driver and truck became available”. Had no sense of urgency or care to get me my items in a timely manner. Took OVER 30 days before I received my stuff for my out-of-state move. Lived without my items for a month. Finally got my things, with NO discount and some of the boxes were beat up and only 2 people were sent to unload and move my stuff in... Would not recommend!
