Read More Was an absolute horrible experience. They did not adequately share the schedule prior to me signing. Then picked up my items from CO and brought them to NY for storage “until a driver and truck became available”. Had no sense of urgency or care to get me my items in a timely manner. Took OVER 30 days before I received my stuff for my out-of-state move. Lived without my items for a month. Finally got my things, with NO discount and some of the boxes were beat up and only 2 people were sent to unload and move my stuff in... Would not recommend!

Read More Had my belongings delivered after my expected delivery date. MULTIPLE items damaged; including a new LG Dryer that looks like it had been dropped off the truck and dented; shattered mirrors, broken patio furniture and a sectional couch that now has holes and missing cushions. I was not advised of any insurance options, but apparently I signed away something that was not stated to me. Therefore I was never discussed the option for full coverage of my belongins. I am only now supposedly receiving 60 cents per pound on damaged items. With that if a new dryer is dented and damaged I will supposedly only receive around $180 for a $1000 new digital machine. This company is very misleading and has a 3rd party supposed insurance affiliate that makes it impossible to submit all of your files, photos and documentation. I have also emailed them and have yet to hear a response. My items were delivered a month ago. If you do decide to use this company that hires random people from the internet to care for you items and to come into your home without interviews and more importantly, back ground checks you should read your contract thoroughly and dont sign anything until you know exactly every word that is in the contract. What they will tell you is the opposite of what you will experience.

They show no regard for their customers...promising a delivery date and price, only to hand you off to a different shipper who’s completely unaware of the agreed terms. From that point on, you’re stuck dealing with delays and confusion. AZIMUTH GROUP INC customer service is unhelpful at best and dismissive at worst. They take no responsibility, instead blaming everything on the carrier they chose to broker. If reliability, accountability, and basic communication matter to you, steer clear.

Read More During my move, I misplaced a leaf on a dining room table, broke a TV (which was improperly boxed and did not remove the base and cushion the corners, leaving the screen damaged and the base jammed into place), broke a table leg, delivered someone else's box without explaining the difference between poundage and replacement costs, and sent movers who had a very poor command of the English language and covered up their errors until I started unpacking and closely inspecting. The company simply instructs you to submit an insurance claim, but the delivery signing of the paperwork did not clarify the difference between replacement and poundage (60 cents per pound of lost, damaged, etc.). I have chairs for a dining room table, but there isn't a middle leaf to extend the table, so it's difficult to accommodate eight people. Extremely disappointed.

After winning the bid, they didn't communicate with us for about two months, and they only did so after they significantly raised the price and it was too late for us to locate another choice.
