From the first call to the final box, everything was handled with care. He kept me updated on the timing, checked in during loading, and ensured that even my guitar collection was safely packed.

Read More I moved into a split-level townhouse and had a lot of heavy, awkward furniture, including an elliptical machine, a sectional couch, and a big bookshelf. They took their time with it, even when the stairwell gave them trouble. No complaining, no shortcuts. They worked out a plan and made it happen. The elliptical didn't even get a scratch, which surprised me. A team that knows how to handle big pieces.

The movers showed up right on time and knew exactly how to handle each piece. The way they got that couch through my narrow hallway was seriously impressive. I didn’t have to lift a thing, and nothing was scratched or damaged.

The crew from AZIMUTH GROUP was flexible, stayed in touch while we waited for the green light, and still got everything done on time. They didn't rush just because things started late. It was a long day, but they remained patient and professional throughout the entire process.

Read More From different personnel giving me a variety of "correct" but opposite information, to being verbally assaulted by Vlad and then intimidated by Andre, this was one of the worst experiences of my life. It gets worse - many of my boxes were crushed, the finish on my gun safe was scraped off in many places and the inside shelving and racks came apart (even though they'd had staples joining the pieces) so apparently dropped, antique couch scuffed and scratched and broken, my 1904 Kimball upright piano was destroyed, antique globes were crushed, much of my hunting equipment was "lost"... even though I provided them with specifications from the safe's manufacturer and piano specialists, Azimuth denied that their movers could have moved these two items (yep, have pictures). These people are dishonorable and dishonest. They're good at passing customers from one employee to another, trying to confuse the issue or exhaust me. So, they're getting this review here, plus a complaint (already filed) with Indiana Attorney General. They're also going to have a complaint filed with the Colorado Attorney General (where their offices are now, supposedly), Credit Bureau, Federal Department of Transportation (IAG already referred this matter to them, I'll follow up), and the National BBB. Safe Ship isn't good, either. Mac Jean told me "we call all pianos a spinet." He also told me that the Direct Delivery that I payed a LOT extra for meant that my possessions would not be off-loaded between my Colorado home and my new Indiana home; that nobody else's possessions would be in the trailer with mine; my possessions would be set in my new home wherever I wanted them. The stress from this experience made me literally sick for months.

The movers showed up right on time, were in and out faster than I expected, and everything was handled with care. They even secured the bike so it wouldn't tip during the ride.
