Read More I live in an apartment complex and my neighbors used them to move out! For the entire day they left all of my neighbors belongings in the hallway which blocked other tenants doors. I had to leave and had to push a moving cart away from my door. Then instead of letting me get the elevator and wait for the next one, they proceeded to squish multiple carts in the elevator giving me an attitude as if I was in there way! I had to leave MY APARTMENT. Second, and of course, they had their truck parked in front of 6-7 parking spaces. It's a small lot, I get it. So of course, I had to get them to move the truck so I could actually leave. When I returned an hour later not only did I have to get out of my car to ask them to move the truck AGAIN but also move all the furniture and moving supplies they threw in my spot. I feel obligated to leave this review because how rude and unprofessional they were!

Read More I advise not messing with this company because they took my money overcharged for their prices. Made me leave stuff at my house. That I didn't get to bring with me. Charge me over price for stuff that I already paid for told me a certain date that I suppose to get my stuff. I'm still sitting in my house. 2 weeks later and got my stuff. Yet the staff is very unprofessional. They very much lied about everything on the contract. They told me one thing and did another.They just basically took my money.I'm very upset right now because I don't know what to do.Because I'm sitting in a abandoned house.Waiting on my stuff that hasn't made it to this destination yet I wouldn't recommend this company to no one.They are terrible.I will give them a -0.If I could, I'm trying to get ahold of my attorney now, so we can resolve these issues that I am having with this company.I am not letting this go not at all

Read More First of all, they weren't the company I hired, they were hired by them since I was moving far. I had my moving date for September 25, they moved it 2 days, which cause me to have to leave my work 2 days before, however Julie was very nice, and since I didn't have a home yet they offered me 1 month of storage for "free" When the movers came, the extra charges (which I was told I "wouldn't get") started. $150 for mattress cover, which at the end i couldn't keep. 5 time I ask if what was in the estimate was the total I was gonna pay, 5 times they said YES. I was told i should give them a ONE week notice for them to arrange the coming of the truck, I did BUT they took 2 1/2 weeks to arrange it. I called every day and they just said "we don't have people", and one time I was told by Sara "we can't find people that want to go that far". They finally came and gave me a 4 hour window for the estimated time of arrival. When they finally did, they said I'd have to pay 3 time what the estimate said if I wanted my stuff unloaded, plus an extra $150 for making them wait an hour to gather the money. When unloading they took no care of boxes that said "FRAGILE" which scratch, broke and damaged some of my furniture. They lost more than 3 boxes, nightstand, lamps and wall paintings. When I called to tell them, they said to make an online complaint which can take up to NINE months to get a resolution. That is if they can find one, since I didn't insurance, but was told, since day one, I had. Now when ever I call them, they see my number and don't pick up the phone, they just send me straight to voicemail

On the return of the second truck, they wanted more money & held my furniture hostage for $2k more. which I had to pay. Buyer be ware!

Read More DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! My move is actually from Indiana to Colorado. They have had my stuff for 3 weeks. Can't seem to provide an honest estimated arrival date (I've had three so far), now they are saying they won't even open the van door without full final payment in advance. Saying I won't even be allowed to verify the condition of the items on the truck or even see the items on the truck before I had over thousands of dollars IN CASH. THEY ARE A SCAM. Owned by Russians (or similar), they provide no transparency, no evidence of how the cubit feet were calculated. They are hard to get a hold of, and when you do, it's a bunch of empty excuses. THEY NEED TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS. I am in the process of filing complaints against them with multiple federal agencies and the Attorney General in New Jersey. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are associated with a broker company called Swift Shift Van Lines. They are also a scam.

Read More I would not recommend this company if my life depended on it, and do not allow real-time Relocators assist you with your move. They stuck me with Arena after telling me they were the ones handling my move. I am moving from ** to **, I have been promised 3 different delivery windows only to be told oops we do not have a driver. I am a disabled senior, who for 19 days has been sleeping on the floor and eating fast food as a diabetic. We are a Veteran family and this does not matter.. People die and everyone moves.. this is what I have been told over and over again. And if you want an update on your things you have to call, they do not call you will not call you. Simply a number with these people .. Unreliable and rude .. Stay as far away as you can from them

Read More In Oct 2023 I inquired about moving from Co to Az, I was quoted a " Veterans Day Special of $5000. The movers came and none of them spoke English, that's a problem! Then once they had my belonging s loaded, they added "bogus fees" amounting $11,000 more!!! Then they came to deliver my belongings in AZ, 2 weeks later than agreed upon delivery date.Again, non English speaking movers. They left without letting us know. I have things that are still missing. AND they broke my 70" TV that was a newer one. When I called to report it and sent pics, I just got a letter with their decision. They are ONLY OFFERING $.60/LB TO REPLACE THE TV THEY BROKE, TOTALING$34.80.When you see Arena VanLines, run the other way or be scammed! Worst experience Ever!
