I live in an apartment complex and my neighbors used them to move out! For the entire day they left all of my neighbors belongings in the hallway which blocked other tena ... Read More I live in an apartment complex and my neighbors used them to move out! For the entire day they left all of my neighbors belongings in the hallway which blocked other tenants doors. I had to leave and had to push a moving cart away from my door. Then instead of letting me get the elevator and wait for the next one, they proceeded to squish multiple carts in the elevator giving me an attitude as if I was in there way! I had to leave MY APARTMENT. Second, and of course, they had their truck parked in front of 6-7 parking spaces. It's a small lot, I get it. So of course, I had to get them to move the truck so I could actually leave. When I returned an hour later not only did I have to get out of my car to ask them to move the truck AGAIN but also move all the furniture and moving supplies they threw in my spot. I feel obligated to leave this review because how rude and unprofessional they were!

Charge me over price for stuff that I already paid for told me a certain date that I suppose to get my stuff. I'm still sitting in my house. 2 weeks later and got my stuff. Yet the staff is very unprofessional. They very much lied about everything on the contract. They told me one thing and did another.They just basically took my money.I'm very upset right now because I don't know what to do.Because I'm sitting in a abandoned house.Waiting on my stuff that hasn't made it to this destination yet I wouldn't recommend this company to no one.They are terrible.I will give them a -0.If I could, I'm trying to get ahold of my attorney now, so we can resolve these issues that I am having with this company.I am not letting this go not at all

Read More First of all, they weren't the company I hired, they were hired by them since I was moving far. I had my moving date for September 25, they moved it 2 days, which cause me to have to leave my work 2 days before, however Julie was very nice, and since I didn't have a home yet they offered me 1 month of storage for "free" When the movers came, the extra charges (which I was told I "wouldn't get") started. $150 for mattress cover, which at the end i couldn't keep. 5 time I ask if what was in the estimate was the total I was gonna pay, 5 times they said YES. I was told i should give them a ONE week notice for them to arrange the coming of the truck, I did BUT they took 2 1/2 weeks to arrange it. I called every day and they just said "we don't have people", and one time I was told by Sara "we can't find people that want to go that far". They finally came and gave me a 4 hour window for the estimated time of arrival. When they finally did, they said I'd have to pay 3 time what the estimate said if I wanted my stuff unloaded, plus an extra $150 for making them wait an hour to gather the money. When unloading they took no care of boxes that said "FRAGILE" which scratch, broke and damaged some of my furniture. They lost more than 3 boxes, nightstand, lamps and wall paintings. When I called to tell them, they said to make an online complaint which can take up to NINE months to get a resolution. That is if they can find one, since I didn't insurance, but was told, since day one, I had. Now when ever I call them, they see my number and don't pick up the phone, they just send me straight to voicemail

On the return of the second truck, they wanted more money & held my furniture hostage for $2k more. which I had to pay. Buyer be ware!

Some of our stuff got bumped around, and it felt like they could have been more careful, especially with delicate items. Luckily, they quickly fixed the issue and gave us money back for the things that got a little beat up.
