Read More The Allen crew that came to pack and load our belongings was awesome! They were organized and professional. They packed a day ahead of schedule and loaded a day ahead of schedule. This allowed us to get on the road 2 days earlier than expected. Once my belongings arrived at the new location, it was easy to separate and organize our boxes. Would recommend Allen crew to anyone!!

Read More I think Arena Van Lines has become the hub of services, since they provide all kinds of them. Once you’re booked with them, you won’t need any other help. They provided us with their gold package which included everything starting from packing to transporting and little services such as loading, unloading and setting up were also a part of it. Really appreciate how they look out for customer's needs.

The moving lads were very polite and communicated with us throughout. For the service we got, the rate was very competitive. The movers were meticulous in ensuring that our furniture was wrapped, protected. Everything arrived unharmed. They assembled 8 office desks and made sure all the furniture was placed where we wanted it. Glad we chose them to help with our move.

Read More Arena Van Lines in Waco, TX did an awesome job on pickup. Unfortunately, I went with Interstate and they contracted out Arena Van Lines but I cannot give Interstate the same rating. However, back to Arena. They had 2 workers from UK that work as hard as they could. They took such good care of all of our items as if it were their own. They worked in extreme heat of 107 + heat index and it did not slow them down. We had gotten rid of some stuff at the very end, which should have brought the amount of cu ft. down, and it actually did and they were honest enough to acknowledge this. I wish I knew their names to recommend the actual men. One was an 18 year old with his coach who were both from the UK. Awesome men and awesome job. I just hope to have the same experience on delivery. I wish that we could have the same men here in Rio Rancho, NM.

Read More Despite paying for their services, I was subjected to rude and disrespectful behavior from their employees, who spoke to me condescendingly and dismissively. When I raised concerns about their behavior, they were defensive and unapologetic, refusing to take responsibility for their actions. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I would caution others against working with this company.

Read More Was subcontracted by Gulf Stream Van Lines. Late coming. Lied about items to be moved and over charged me for square footage. Move was over $2000 more than initially quoted. Told me my things would be delivered in 5 days and it was delivered one day shy of 3 weeks. Lost items and tried to give me items that didn’t belong to me. Sent one mover to unload my things so we had to help. The two initial movers were not friendly. This company is not trustworthy. They drained me financially.
