Read More I was initially impressed by the glowing reviews about AMEX Moving & Storage and decided to hire them for my move. What a mistake that was! The crew that showed up was unorganized and careless with my belongings. They damaged several pieces of furniture, and when I confronted them about it, they were unapologetic and tried to blame me for not packing better! The final bill was also much higher than what was quoted, with hidden fees that were never mentioned upfront. I feel misled and incredibly disappointed. I wish I had gone with a more reputable company.
