I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
My partner was out of town during the move, and I was handling everything alone. This company’s crew noticed I was overwhelmed and took charge of the logistics – loading by room, confirming delivery order, and even labeling boxes that weren’t marked. It really helped ease the stress and I am grateful beyond measure!

They were friendly and worked quickly, making the whole process much less stressful. They stayed within the quoted price and were very transparent about any additional charges.
