Hiring them was the best decision I made. I was going through a lot personally around the time of the move, and my energy for dealing with logistics was basically zero. The team required almost nothing from me on the day except to tell them where things were going. I sat in the kitchen with a coffee for most of it, and by the time I had processed what was happening, the move was already done.

Awesome!

They knew exactly how to handle our houseplants. They had a different section in the truck with adjustable straps to keep the plants upright. They watered them before and after the move, so they didn’t wilt.

They worked quickly

I just moved into my first place and only had furniture, no boxes of stuff. I hired Amex Moving & Storage just to haul the big items. I had a heavy metal desk and a giant TV cabinet I couldn't lift alone. The two young guys who showed up were full of energy and very careful with the freshly painted walls in the new apartment. They worked quickly, and the entire move was finished in less than two hours.

I moved from one state to another, taking a garage full of tools and oversized storage bins, along with my usual household items. I expected issues with the heavier items, but the movers had a plan and stuck to it. Everything arrived safely, and nothing was missing. They really knew what they were doing. GREAT moving experience

When lifting heavy objects, James and Maxwell went out of their way to preserve my walls and flooring because they covered everything in moving blankets and large foam sheets. They demonstrated their dedication to preventing harm by wrapping fragile goods in many layers of shrink wrap.
