We had to move out of state and needed help getting everything loaded for a long drive. I had already packed most of it, but I was nervous about the bigger furniture and how it would handle the trip. The movers wrapped and secured everything tightly. When it was unloaded days later, everything looked just like it did when it left. That peace of mind was worth it.
From the moment I placed the call for a quote,(moving from NY TO FL)The attentiveness from Michelle and the staff was superb!!the day of the move Henry, Michelle and the crew showed up and in less than three hours had everything packed and organized in the truck from my one bedroom apartment they are very pleasant and professional and they sure know what they are doing, A week later I received my furniture and again Raymond and his crew were spectacular not one item was damaged in the transportation of my furniture and they assembled and put everything where I wanted it I cannot say enough about how the process and experience was working with Amex moving!!!!great job!!!! I'm still in contact with them as I consider them family great overall experience!!!!!!!!

Their service was of a higher grade than what I had anticipated. In fact, they were so helpful that they even gave me pointers on how to unload and get comfortable in my new home.
We hired them on our neighbor’s recommendation and it was a fantastic experience! All our furniture, décor and crockery were meticulously wrapped and encased in cushioned boxes. We received everything in excellent condition!
I did not have a lot of stuff, but the team treated my move like it was just as important as any big job. They were thorough and did not leave until everything was properly placed. That kind of movers are hard to find these days.
Moving from Valley Cottage,N.Y. to Ocala Florida. Henry and the crew were great!! That's where the good part ended. We had to wait two weeks to get all of our belongings and it finally arrived my work bench was damaged and half of our kitchen items were missing.My wifes expensive purse was missing from one of our boxes.Lots more broken items and we are still upset about the delivery experience.We had to negotiate with Ammex to get a fraction of our money back.
