This was my third move in a few years, and this one stood out for the right reasons. There wasn't random confusion or back and forth. Things went from one step to the next in a normal, practical way.
We had to move after our landlord sold the property. I called this company, and they came on the agreed day. The team started working without needing constant direction. They moved through the house steadily and didn't slow down. I was able to handle phone calls while they took care of the move. The work kept going until the place was empty. It felt like they knew how to handle this type of job without making it complicated.
I moved from a second-floor unit into a smaller space nearby, and most of my furniture was old and awkwardly shaped. I had a long dresser and a metal bed frame that I couldn't disassemble on my own. The movers came prepared with tools and figured it all out without damaging anything. They even helped place the bed exactly where I needed it in the new place.
These guys were AWESOME, from the sale team to customer service to the crew that showed up to do the actual moving service. My team was Henry Kendry and Javier. They were awesome. I LOVE everything about this company. This was my first time moving cross country and i will do it again with my eyes close with Amex. I am so glad I chose them over the other companies. When I move, I always hire movers. I coordinated my move with Vicente 2 weeks ago, and he was very humble and professional. The movers arrived at my storage facility promptly last morning and immediately began loading my belongings into the vehicle. As he laid down a runner to protect the carpet to bring my items inside, I was satisfied of their cleanliness. 5 stars service.

The movers were exceptional; they were prompt, careful, and kind. Our maneuver was meticulously planned and carried out by them. They were able to fulfill all of our requests with no complaints or objections to the amount of effort required.
