I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.
The moving crew arrived right on schedule and immediately got to work. They handled every box and piece of furniture with great care. Everything arrived safely, and the entire move was completed without any stress.
