This was my third move in a few years, and this one stood out for the right reasons. There wasn't random confusion or back and forth. Things went from one step to the next in a normal, practical way.
This is my initial move with Amex Moving & Storage. Both of my movers arrived promptly, worked quickly, were courteous, and did a great job. Every single item of furniture and personal possession was painstakingly wrapped and packed. This is a company that I fully support.
All team members were courteous! They handled everything with professionalism and care to ensure everything went off without a hitch.
My partner was out of town during the move, and I was handling everything alone. This company’s crew noticed I was overwhelmed and took charge of the logistics – loading by room, confirming delivery order, and even labeling boxes that weren’t marked. It really helped ease the stress and I am grateful beyond measure!
Henry and his team were extremely professional from the start. They handled all of our belongings with care. All items were properly handled and wrapped. They worked very hard without rushing ensuring nothing was damaged. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!!!!
Highly recommend this team if you have heavy furniture. They brought all the right tools and ramps to move my upright piano and heavy oak wardrobes safely. Amex Moving & Storage made a difficult task look easy, and I’m very happy that my floors didn't get scuffed up in the process.
