The moving crew was a delight to collaborate with. We used the services of 3 movers to transport two-bedroom apartment. They showed there when they said they would, were careful with our possessions, and packed and loaded everything swiftly. We greatly appreciate the team's efforts in ensuring a seamless transition for us!
Our hearts are so happy because of these people. They were sympathetic to our feelings of loss as we said goodbye to our homes and communities. Bravo!
Our long-distance move from the coast inland meant my surfboards had to make the trip safely. The movers slid each board into padded covers and stored them against the truck wall to prevent bending. When they were brought inside, I checked for dings, but there weren’t any. I appreciated the extra steps to protect something I use every weekend.
The first service we used was to move my flat. They helped us load a moving truck for an out-of-state move. They are quick, careful, and very professional when they pack, and their service is the best. The speed with which the move went through surprised us. They are very famous, so you should make your ticket beforehand.
The movers showed up with plenty of moving blankets and sturdy straps to make sure the large appliances stayed secure during the drive across town. You can tell that Malvin knows exactly how to load a truck to prevent things from sliding around.
What blew me away about Amex Moving & Storage was their meticulous attention to detail. When they arrived, they did a quick walkthrough of my home, noting any fragile or tricky items. I had a collection of delicate wine glasses that I was super anxious about, but they individually wrapped each one and packed them in a custom-sized box with dividers. My oversized mirror was double-wrapped in padding, and they secured the corners with special foam protectors. The team worked like a well-oiled machine, never wasting a second. At my new house, they assembled my bed frame and adjusted my wobbly nightstand before placing it down. It felt like they genuinely cared about my belongings, which made all the difference.
I wrapped my old furniture with extra protection so that I could sleep with peace of mind. It was really meticulous. Excellent from start to finish!!!!!
