Before loading a historic cabinet, Javier cleaned and polished it. They ensured nothing was scratched or broken, securely fastening every piece with specialized cushioning. A heavy safe is a literal pain to move, but the team from Amex Moving & Storage arrived with a heavy-duty dolly. They moved the heavy object through the front door with plenty of clearance. I was worried about my hardwood floors, but they used protective runners the entire time. The job finished faster than my last move. My heavy safe is now in the new place without any damage to it. The team was very professional and did not charge any upfront cost.
I moved from one apartment to another just a few blocks away, but I had a lot of fragile things, including glass shelving and monitors. The movers were extremely careful and used padding and wrapping without me having to request it. There was nothing broken or scratched, and they were done faster than I expected. It was a small move, but they treated it like it mattered.
