My possessions were much more arranged after the movers than at my previous residence, which was one of the biggest shocks of my relocation! They methodically boxed my books, seasonal decorations, and ordinary goods to arrange them rationally. They asked clarifying questions, such as whether I needed winter clothing on hand or in the attic, and which dishes I planned to use immediately. These things made unpacking at my new house easy, eliminating the need to open random boxes for a spatula. Moreover, despite navigating large appliances through my small back entrance, the crew kept a positive attitude throughout the day.

Above and Beyond Service
I'm giving them 5 stars for communication alone. The office sent text updates. The crew leader, Juan, called me 30 minutes before arrival. At the new place, he confirmed the room layout with me twice. Everyone knew the plan. We moved a king bed, two dressers, and a large sectional sofa. Everything went where it was supposed to.

I am so grateful to find such a great moving company
I had to move my home gym setup, including the treadmill, squat rack, weights, and everything else, from my garage to a new house across town. I honestly expected a headache, but the movers handled it like they'd done it a hundred times. They disassembled what needed to be taken apart, wrapped the equipment properly, and reassembled it all at the new place exactly how I wanted.

Literally the best!
I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Amex Moving & Storage Movers provides. Our new home has quite steep stairs, yet they managed to get everything in there without a scratch. They completed the job in the allotted time and at a fair price.

Terrible communication on important matters
I was initially impressed by the glowing reviews about AMEX Moving & Storage and decided to hire them for my move. What a mistake that was! The crew that showed up was unorganized and careless with my belongings. They damaged several pieces of furniture, and when I confronted them about it, they were unapologetic and tried to blame me for not packing better! The final bill was also much higher than what was quoted, with hidden fees that were never mentioned upfront. I feel misled and incredibly disappointed. I wish I had gone with a more reputable company.

Brilliant, reliable, and friendly
I had a really good experience with Amex Moving & Storage last Tuesday. I was worried about my large mirror and some artwork, but the guys handled everything with a lot of care. It is such a relief to have all my fragile items in the new house without a single crack.

Double the amount
I selected Amex for its high ratings however, my experience has not been the same. Once they arrived to perform the mace they charged me double the amount. The few boxes they packed got items damaged and my white couch was super dirty. I recommend getting someone that does in person or virtual quotes.
