Solid 5 stars for the team. I was mostly worried about my hardwood floors getting scuffed up, but they were very mindful and used floor runners the whole time.
This was my third move in a few years, and this one stood out for the right reasons. There wasn't random confusion or back and forth. Things went from one step to the next in a normal, practical way.
The moving process was well organized from start to finish. The crew arrived on time, handled everything with care, and completed the job within the estimated time. I appreciated their professionalism throughout the day.
The team was professional, efficient, and made the entire moving process easy to manage. My belongings were handled with care and delivered safely without any issues. Great communication and reliable service from start to finish.
Even though I was unfamiliar with them, this company efficiently transported all of my possessions. They efficiently packed all my furniture, cleared out my entire flat, and loaded my possessions into the truck in few hours. They arrived promptly and efficiently stored my belongings as scheduled.
Since our relocation occurred during a heat wave, I felt bad for the team. Having said that, they never once complained. Their grit, determination, and self-sufficiency were extremely inspiring; they even brought their own beverages and made sure I was okay the whole time.
Moving with Amex Moving & Storage was fantastic. They were very professional, fast, and careful with my belongings. They arrived on time, packed everything securely, and loaded the truck expertly. They drove safely and unloaded everything without any issues. They listened to my preferences and made sure I was happy with their service.
Quick and helpful, the staff responded immediately. They spared no effort in making sure our order got here in one piece.
It was a snowstorm when we decided to move. All kudos to this team. They installed runners throughout the home to keep the floors clean and also clean before leaving. They also managed to pack the truck before noon! No water or damage was caused in the process. They were extremely professional!
These guys were AWESOME, from the sale team to customer service to the crew that showed up to do the actual moving service. My team was Henry Kendry and Javier. They were awesome. I LOVE everything about this company. This was my first time moving cross country and i will do it again with my eyes close with Amex. I am so glad I chose them over the other companies. Highly recommended for long distance moves 👍👍
