Everyone from the office personnel to the movers on the actual moving day at Amex Moving & Storage was professional and efficient. They were very organized and prepared, and they had all the necessary tools and equipment. They tackled everything with ease and skill, and they made sure everything went perfectly. They also took great care of our belongings, especially our fragile items, such as our glass coffee table and our porcelain vase. They were very attentive and meticulous, and they checked everything before they left. They were very respectful and courteous, and they exceeded our expectations.
Since our move had to take place on a Sunday, we were worried that no businesses would be open. Not only did they accommodate our needs, but they also showed there early and worked nonstop. They did not even tack on a weekend fee. Very affordable and very trustworthy.
I did not have a lot of stuff, but the team treated my move like it was just as important as any big job. They were thorough and did not leave until everything was properly placed. That kind of movers are hard to find these days.
