Genuinely kind people, that's for sure. Today, they really went out of their way to help me. The guys' competence, politeness, and genuine desire to help me as a customer blew my mind.
I had to move unexpectedly and it was not clear who would be there for me. They accommodated us in their plans and assisted us in moving all our things. I did not have much time to arrange anything and was relieved.
I had a pile of soft toys, a mountain of odd furniture and a host of little tools in my art studio. AMEX Moving & Storage's crew labeled my tool drawers without being asked, and every canvas was filled with foam, and the shelving was tied down so nothing moved during the trip. It couldn't have been a better one!
I had to move my home gym setup, including the treadmill, squat rack, weights, and everything else, from my garage to a new house across town. I honestly expected a headache, but the movers handled it like they'd done it a hundred times. They disassembled what needed to be taken apart, wrapped the equipment properly, and reassembled it all at the new place exactly how I wanted.
The moving team did a great job shifting our studio equipment. They followed instructions closely and stayed polite the entire time. They handled the delicate parts with attention and made sure items were set properly after unloading. The timing was perfect for us to continue working the same day.
I was REALLY happy because the whole process was really easy! My husband left the military, so we had to move our stuff from NY to DE. They called us when the truck was loaded and on its way. Our things were carefully unloaded at our new home.
I hired their movers for a move, and they made it very easy. They showed up on time, packed up my furniture with care, and secured everything in the truck with protective barriers. They were also kind enough to help with furniture placement after delivery. It was a solid 5-star experience!

Their movers expertly manage military relocations and know every detail of the process. They ensured everything was documented and helped pack our items to military standards. Our belongings were loaded and unloaded efficiently.
What I liked the most was how they dealt with my constant questions. I tend to overthink during moves, but they answered everything patiently without getting irritated. There were around 18 boxes, and each one was placed where I asked without any confusion. That kind of attention made the whole experience feel more comfortable.
