I am so grateful to find such a great moving company
I had to move my home gym setup, including the treadmill, squat rack, weights, and everything else, from my garage to a new house across town. I honestly expected a headache, but the movers handled it like they'd done it a hundred times. They disassembled what needed to be taken apart, wrapped the equipment properly, and reassembled it all at the new place exactly how I wanted.

They were very responsive
They took excellent care of the fragile artwork during my move. Every piece was wrapped with precision, transported carefully, and unpacked safely. I had been nervous, but they proved how professional and trustworthy movers can really be.

Great moving company to deal with.
The moving crew was a delight to collaborate with. We used the services of 3 movers to transport two-bedroom apartment. They showed there when they said they would, were careful with our possessions, and packed and loaded everything swiftly. We greatly appreciate the team's efforts in ensuring a seamless transition for us!

They did a small office move and did a good job! They relocated desks, office chairs, filing cabinets, monitors, storage boxes and much more without spending time. They wrapped the screens, tidied up the cables and handled the equipment with care. They set up everything at the new office, making it easy to get it all in place.

Double the amount
I selected Amex for its high ratings however, my experience has not been the same. Once they arrived to perform the mace they charged me double the amount. The few boxes they packed got items damaged and my white couch was super dirty. I recommend getting someone that does in person or virtual quotes.

Terrible communication on important matters
Within 30 minutes of the packers and their supervisor arriving I was told that I had much more than was listed and I would be charged an additional $1600. She said this without any evidence of any items that were not listed. This is after going over the list of items three times with the agent, even adding items. Moving is stressful and I am not young. I felt that I was being taken advantage of, moving day, house was sold! I had a melt down and told her that it was not right. She did not charge me and acted like she was doing me a favor, repeating, 'now are you happy'. They were not honest about all of the transfers to other trucks to transport my belonging to storage. When my things finally arrived at my new address, the truck did not even look road worthy and had leaked during the trip, staining furniture. Some of the boxes that arrived no longer had square corners. It was the worse moving experience I have ever encountered and would never recommend them.

Friendly and helpful guys!
Even though I was unfamiliar with them, this company efficiently transported all of my possessions. They efficiently packed all my furniture, cleared out my entire flat, and loaded my possessions into the truck in few hours. They arrived promptly and efficiently stored my belongings as scheduled.

They Took great care off My items
While relocating overseas, I was completely unprepared for the challenge of packing for such a dramatic life shift. They helped me decide what to send and what to keep, and they also gave me pointers on how to deal with customs processes. Their knowledge and experience were crucial.
