We are very happy with how the move went. The crew helped us shift our shop from the city to the suburbs. The whole thing was done by the afternoon last Tuesday.
The logistics of my cross-county move seemed daunting at first. However, this company managed the schedule perfectly. They picked up my boxes on Monday and arrived at the new house by Wednesday morning. Every box landed in the correct room. I didn't see any hidden fees on my final invoice. The staff members were polite and worked quickly in the heat. It was a very positive experience, and I will use them in the future as well.
I was initially impressed by the glowing reviews about Amex moving &storage and decided to hire them for my move what a mistake that was! The crew that showed up was unorganized and careless with my belongings. They damaged several pieces or furniture and when I confronted them about it they were unappreciated and tried to blame me for not packing better!!The final bill was also much higher then what was quoted with hidden fees that was never mentioned upfront I feel misled and incredibly disappointed I wish I had gone with a more reputable company "
The movers helped me get a treadmill and an elliptical from my garage into the new house. Those machines are heavy, but they handled them like pros. I'm glad I didn't try that myself.

I definitely recommend this service if you don’t want any problems when moving. The crew showed up and immediately got to work on the heavy boxes that I couldn't lift by myself. They kept the truck clean and tidy while they organized our possessions for the trip. It was much faster than I expected, and they didn't take any long breaks. From the moment I placed the call for a quote,(moving from NY TO FL)The attentiveness from Michelle and the staff was superb!!the day of the move Henry, Michelle and the crew showed up and in less than three hours had everything packed and organized in the truck from my one bedroom apartment they are very pleasant and professional and they sure know what they are doing, A week later I received my furniture and again Raymond and his crew were spectacular not one item was damaged in the transportation of my furniture and they assembled and put everything where I wanted it I cannot say enough about how the process and experience was working with Amex moving!!!!great job!!!! I'm still in contact with them as I consider them family great overall experience!!!!!!!!
I must says this company are Amazing! The movers were fast and efficient they sapped everything so professionally I am amazed. Also delivery was quick we received it in NC within 4 days. I highly recommend AMEX to everyone looking for trustworthy moving company.
I was not expecting things to go this smoothly. I had 2 stops planned, and they handled both without mixing anything up. Everything ended up in the right place.
The crew carried antiques, boxes of books, and a heavy dresser without rushing. They asked questions and placed everything where it belonged. That meant a lot. Good Job Done...
