5 stars is not even enough!!! First time using a moving company and it was such a great experience. They were so great to work with. Alex team who came to pack up our home was phenomenal!! I moved from one state to another, taking a garage full of tools and oversized storage bins, along with my usual household items. I expected issues with the heavier items, but the movers had a plan and stuck to it. Everything arrived safely, and nothing was missing. They really knew what they were doing. The whole trip was handled professionally and stayed right on schedule.
Amex Moving & Storage lived up to their name! Their coordinated effort was lightning fast, they showed up precisely when they said they would, and they made my relocation a breeze. They maintained a professional demeanor the whole time. They lifted my carpets and were extremely careful with all of my belongings, including my piano. In addition, they helped me get my new house set up just the way I had envisioned it. I will most certainly use them again, and suggest them.
You should definitely consider these guys if you have a lot of random items that are hard to pack. They organized the truck so well that we actually had some extra space left over at the end. The move was very cautious on the road and made sure our belongings arrived safely. I am very happy with the price and the overall quality of the service we received today.
