I had a lot of fragile items to move, and I was worried about how they’d be handled. Amex Moving & Storage was careful and professional. They packed everything securely and made sure nothing was damaged during the move.
Kenny and his guys were wonderful to work with! Punctual. Careful. Easy to communicate with. They were assigned to us through the broker and we are very satisfied. All around great moving experience!!
The movers did a fantastic job. They were pleasant to be around and got the job done fast and well. They went to extraordinary lengths to provide a safe transportation for all of the items. When I moved into my new home, they helped me set up all of my furnishings. How wonderful!
I am really impressed with how they handled my move yesterday. I had a very large refrigerator that needed to be moved into a tight kitchen space. The team from Amex Moving & Storage was very careful not to scratch the new tile floors or the walls. They were very friendly and even double checked that the fridge was level before they left. It was a great experience, and I would definitely use them again for my next move.
I moved into a fourth-floor apartment with no elevator. I thought the stairs would slow everything down, but the movers powered through and carried all my furniture up without a single complaint.
I had to move my home gym setup, including the treadmill, squat rack, weights, and everything else, from my garage to a new house across town. I honestly expected a headache, but the movers handled it like they'd done it a hundred times. They disassembled what needed to be taken apart, wrapped the equipment properly, and reassembled it all at the new place exactly how I wanted.
The staff arranged everything in my new apartment according to a meticulous tile floor. They used foam cushioning to pack the cords and remote controls for electronics. The movers were highly knowledgeable and offered me advice on settling in. Wonderful work!
5 stars is not even enough!!! First time using a moving company and it was such a great experience. They were so great to work with. Alex team who came to pack up our home was phenomenal!! My family and I cannot thank you all enough! Definitely recommend, 10/10, if we need to move again AMEX Moving & Storage will be our first call.
They immediately laid down protective runners over our newly vacuumed carpets, demonstrating their concern for the property of their customers.
Vicente was excellent at keeping in touch. He called me many times during transit and also gave a tracking link to let me know of the status of delivery. I am truly grateful to him!
