When we reached our new home, they unloaded, unpacked and set up all of them in my new home, which made the move very painless.

These guys were AWESOME, from the sale team to customer service to the crew that showed up to do the actual moving service. My team was Henry Kendry and Javier. They were awesome. I LOVE everything about this company. This was my first time moving cross country and i will do it again with my eyes close with Amex. I am so glad I chose them over the other companies. We had to move out of state and needed help getting everything loaded for a long drive. I had already packed most of it, but I was nervous about the bigger furniture and how it would handle the trip. I needed help with an early morning move and had a pretty strict time window because of building access hours. The movers arrived early, didn’t waste any time, and worked quietly since neighbors were still sleeping. I didn’t even have to tell them to be careful; they just got it. I was out of the building with time to spare. It’s rare to find people who actually follow your schedule.
The movers did an excellent job with my studio move. They handled all my items with care, packing everything securely. They were very respectful of my belongings and made sure everything was in its right place.
I definitely recommend this service if you don’t want any problems when moving. The crew showed up and immediately got to work on the heavy boxes that I couldn't lift by myself. They kept the truck clean and tidy while they organized our possessions for the trip. It was much faster than I expected, and they didn't take any long breaks. Amex Moving & Storage provides a solid service for a price that actually makes sense for a normal person.
