"Review of my experience with [American Knights Moving]: The Good: The pickup process was flawless. A crew of 5 movers arrived right on time, worked quickly, and treated our items carefully. The Bad: The logistics and communication were incredibly poor. After being promised a specific delivery date, our furniture arrived 2.5 weeks late. I had to call customer service daily to track down our belongings. The Damage: The delivery crew only consisted of 2 people, which was not enough for the job. They damaged our couch and damaged a door frame while trying to move a heavy gun safe into a room. I cannot recommend this company due to the extreme delivery delay and the damage caused to our home and furniture."

The movers delivered a container and corner protectors that perfectly accommodated my picture. They carefully wrapped my small artwork in bubble wrap. Everything was adjusted and padded to prevent scratches. I'm very impressed that they moved my huge L-shaped couch without damaging the walls. Highly recommended!
