Read More Since June 26th (27 days), American Knight has had my daughter’s furniture sitting in their warehouse. I have had no communication from them that I did not initiate. While I read the terms and conditions stating that they have a 21 business day turnaround, this is the first moving company I’ve encountered that has no sense of urgency in their operations. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out, their communication has been severely lacking. Every time I call, I am given vague updates and no clear timeline for when my daughter's furniture will be delivered. Recently, they informed me that the furniture would be loaded this week, but the loading process could take two days, and they still cannot provide a projected delivery date. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Moving is already a stressful experience, and American Knight has only added to that stress by not keeping their customers informed and by not meeting their promised deadlines. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of proactive communication and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction is inexcusable. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-oriented moving service.
