Moving company in Deerfield Beach, FL
We decided to move from Reno, Nevada to Spokane, Washington so our kids could spend Christmas near grandparents. America First Moving handled our long-distance move smoothly and delivered ahead of schedule.
My in-state move from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Naples, FL was seamless thanks to America First Moving. Even though it was only a 2-bedroom apartment, they treated the job with the same care as a large household. They were fast, careful, and very polite. The price was fair, and the whole move was done in a single afternoon.
America First Moving moved my 3-bedroom house from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Minneapolis, MN. They wrapped every piece of furniture carefully and even helped assemble my beds at the new home. Very professional team.
So we had a drop off date of June 10th or 12th I was told today that we will not get our belongings until the 15 or 16th. Sitting here in our new home with none of our belongings. I would not recommend this company to anyone. These guys are brokers and once they get paid you’re basically at the mercy of whoever they find to pick up and drop off your belongings. On top of that you agree on a price sign the contract and then they want more money out of you because they have no idea the sizes and shapes of your belongings so what you think your getting is not what you actually get unless you want to pay more.
When I landed a remote job, I decided to move from Los Angeles, CA to Jacksonville, FL to lower costs. America First Moving gave me a fair quote and excellent service. The movers communicated every step of the way and handled my electronics with care.
I relocated from Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Fort Collins, Colorado for a new opportunity. America First Moving kept the process predictable and well managed. The team was courteous, efficient, and delivered everything right within the expected timeframe.
I recently moved from my 1-bedroom apartment in Clearwater to a condo in St. Petersburg and America First Moving made the entire process so easy. They arrived right on time, packed my fragile kitchenware and artwork with care, and handled my furniture without a single scratch. The movers were professional, efficient, and really friendly. Everything was unloaded and set up faster than I expected. I couldn’t have asked for better service!
We moved from Milwaukee, WI to Dallas, TX and America First Moving made the entire process simple. The team worked quickly while still making sure each item was protected before transport.
DO NOT USE. Scammers and crooks. Any positive reviews are scams. Check out their better business bureau rating. Here are the facts: 1. Your price will double 2 days before the pickup. (Bait and switch) 2. If you want it within the 2-3 days you asked for delivery they will add $1K (no disclosure at sale.) Without paying this, expect items to arrive 3-4 weeks later. 3. Your items get moved on/off trucks-warehouse multiple times. Boxes THROWN on the truck in a pile. Zero professional movers involved. 4. Items will be damaged and totally LOST. 5. You won't be compensated. Your credit company can't help. 6. The people who sell you the contract will vanish; the service reps will blame you for everything. MY ADVICE: A cross country move will only go well if you do it yourself (UHaul pod serice is fabulous, 1/3rd the cost) or hire a prominent national mover.
I recently moved from Houston to Seattle, WA using America First Moving, and overall it was a very good experience. The entire process was well organized and handled professionally from start to finish. The movers took great care of my belongings, especially my fragile glass table and bedroom furniture, making sure everything was well protected during the move. Everything arrived safely without any damage, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that the delivery was about an hour late, but the team communicated and still worked efficiently. Overall, I’d give America First Moving 4 stars for reliable and careful service.
