Relocating from Tampa, FL to Nashville, TN with a 3 bedroom home felt overwhelming at first, but America First Moving made it effortless. The team was professional, careful, and very communicative. Nothing was damaged and everything arrived right on schedule.
When I had to relocate from Tampa, FL to Columbus, OH for a new job, I dreaded the idea of moving my 3-bedroom house by myself. America First Moving made the entire process painless. The crew showed up on time, packed my kitchen and fragile glass pieces with extra care, and even labeled all the boxes so unpacking was simple. What impressed me most was how they communicated during the long drive — I always knew where my belongings were. Everything arrived safe and intact.
So we had a drop off date of June 10th or 12th I was told today that we will not get our belongings until the 15 or 16th. Sitting here in our new home with none of our belongings. I would not recommend this company to anyone. These guys are brokers and once they get paid you’re basically at the mercy of whoever they find to pick up and drop off your belongings. On top of that you agree on a price sign the contract and then they want more money out of you because they have no idea the sizes and shapes of your belongings so what you think your getting is not what you actually get unless you want to pay more.

Only after money, will increase bid by more than $1,000.00. Shows up late by several hours or puts off till next day. Movers smelled like weed. Boxes crushed. Mentioned tip 9 times while unloading. Worst broker in business. They have snotty customer service, who doesn't care. I'm sure they get yelled at a lot, with the service they provide. Buyer be ware.
