Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Handling delicate artwork was my main concern, but they did an amazing job. Every piece was protected, loaded carefully, and arrived without a scratch. I appreciated the patience and skill they showed during the entire moving process.
Honestly, I wasn't expecting much since I booked at the last minute, but the service was excellent. The team arrived earlier than planned and worked steadily the whole time. They wrapped my fragile items without me even asking and double-checked the new place for where I wanted everything. They made a day I dreaded turn into one of the smoothest moves I've ever had.
My long-distance move with Alma Moving y went perfectly. They kept me updated every step of the way, and my belongings arrived on time in perfect shape. I really appreciated their reliability and clear communication.
Everyone was polite and helpful throughout the move. They worked hard, stayed organized, and made sure everything was handled properly. Very pleased with the service!
I already did a review about how bad they are.. an update is now is being 44 days and still have not received my stuff and they don't know where it is.... they told me to wait and they give a insignificant discount for the tardiness (like I care about that)... to this point I don't know if I will ever get my stuff... I've been trying to reach them without response... I tried their instagram account and they deleted my comment there and also blocked me... which means they have no intent to fix their mess..... I am to the point of getting legal advice....
We hired Alma Moving to move our belongings from Charlotte, NC to Norfolk, VA (only a 5-hour distance). Before signing, their representative promised delivery within 1–3 days. Based on this, we signed. • After pickup on August 15, nothing arrived within 3 days. • Then they told us 7 days. Still nothing. • Later, they claimed our belongings were “on the way,” but weeks passed. Today it has been 25 days, and we still don’t know where our belongings are. They never respond to emails, only through BBB. We even asked to pick up our items ourselves, but they ignored us. At pickup, their staff wrapped our couch in a dirty blanket, even though we provided clean plastic covers. This makes us worry that our items are being stored in poor, unhygienic conditions. We have been forced to live in an empty house, buy new essentials, and suffer both financial and emotional stress. If our belongings arrive damaged, we will take legal action. We strongly warn others: do not trust Alma Moving. They are misleading, unprofessional, and provide false information just to make you sign.
Excellent Moving SerI had a fantastic experience with this moving service! The team was professional, punctual, and handled all my belongings with great care. Everything arrived safely and on time. Their prices were reasonable, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free moving experience!
The team did an excellent job moving all my furniture. They were on time, friendly, and very careful with everything. The entire experience was smooth, and I couldn't be happier with their service.
What I liked most was how much they respected my time. They showed up right on the dot, worked without unnecessary breaks, and finished ahead of schedule. They didn't rush carelessly either; every item was treated as if it were fragile. It's hard to find that balance between speed and caution, but they pulled it off perfectly. I'm more than satisfied with the whole experience.
Fantastic moving experience with a team that genuinely cares about its customers. Everyone was professional, courteous, and efficient. They handled the entire process with care and made sure everything went smoothly. I couldn't be happier with the service. Definitely a reliable company worth recommending!
