First time moving with these guys. They did a phenomenal job! They took great care of me and all my belongings. I will always recommend them over anyone else and will absolutely use them when I move again!
The movers took many breaks throughout the task, including a 45-minute lunch break while the clock ran. It seemed like a rip-off when I had to pay for their longer break time. They need to manage their time more fairly and effectively.
All day long, the movers griped about the stairs they had to climb and the weight of my furniture. 'Next time, get lighter goods.' was even proposed by one. The day was already difficult enough without their negativity.
