Nothing but good things to say about them. Addison and the team arrived and quickly got to work. They packed my possessions in several layers of foam padding and blankets. Everything was carefully loaded onto the trucks and delivered in great shape. I absolutely recommend them!
We moved our office conference room furniture and electronics. The movers unplugged everything carefully, packed cables in separate boxes, and reassembled the table at the new building. It made getting back to work simple.
I was supposed to be moved into my new home on April 22. Alma asked to be paid in full ahead of this date for an immediate delivery. Here it is on July 13 and I still don't have my stuff; they don't return any calls, and there's no sign of my stuff being moved anywhere in the country. They refuse to disclose the plan for me getting my stuff, if ever, nor do they provide any updates on timing or expectations. I cannot recommend against Alma more.
When we arrived with 2.5 moving trucks full of boxes and furniture, our movers were outstanding and didn't flinch. They worked themselves to exhaustion and completed the relocation far ahead of time.
I am truly enjoying my time here. They handled everything with great competence. My parents sold our house, so they had to leave us soon. Despite the little notice we gave, they nonetheless agreed to the adjustment. They were upbeat and competent in implementing their plan.
I was worried about my antique china cabinet, but the movers took extra precautions to ensure its safety. Not a scratch on it! The team worked efficiently and made moving day a breeze.
