The scheduled arrival time of the movers was nine in the morning. without providing any prior notice or expressing remorse, did not show up till 2:00 p.m. After that, they wasted most of their time smoking breaks and often complained about how heavy my packages were. They told me they were done for the day at 6 o'clock even though half of my belongings were still in the truck. Hiring a separate business to do the job the next day cost twice as much.
The team provided competent and careful movers. They wore gloves when they touched my furnishings and were very careful as they lowered my bed frame down the narrow stairs. The crew's courteousness was remarkable.
The movers were punctual, courteous, and diligent the whole time. Great appreciation to the wonderful people. Did I have any special requirements? They wanted to know if I was happy with everything. They double-checked the invoice with me to confirm completion before they departed. Amazing job.
