What a fantastic time I had working with Alma Moving! Jeffrey and Jerry did an incredible job with my relocation, and I am quite impressed.
Upon unloading at my new apartment, I found out that my jewelry box, which included items from my family, was missing. "We didn't touch anything small—it's probably lost in your house." That's the response I got when I asked the movers about something I knew to be in my dresser drawer when they packed it. Because they "weren't responsible for missing items," the company denied my police report. This has never happened to me before.
The movers who assisted me were fantastic guys. They worked fast to finish the task and performed an excellent job. It was a wonderful experience that ensured my bulky belongings arrived safely and undamaged at their destination.
