Terrible Service

Upon unloading at my new apartment, I found out that my jewelry box, which included items from my family, was missing. "We didn't touch anything small—it's probably lost in your house." That's the response I got when I asked the movers about something I knew to be in my dresser drawer when they packed it. Because they "weren't responsible for missing items," the company denied my police report. This has never happened to me before.

Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. They tripled the cost once they showed up and I shared pictures and measurements of everything…. Delivery delayed 9 days and damaged items and they won’t do anything or return phone calls. Don’t use this company!!!!!

Amazing Crew!

The service provided helped me move out of a small flat and did so in an effortless manner. They managed to pack up the possessions I had carefully and utilized the space in the truck effectively. The guys showed respect for my possessions and performed the task on time without causing any unnecessary delays.
