These specialists from Alma Moving are the real deal. My antique furniture required special handling, and they brought extra blankets and foam pads just for that. They took photos before disassembling anything, so reassembly was a breeze at the new house. I also noticed they wore gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints on polished surfaces. Thanks to Rick and his crew, the entire moving process was painless. They came promptly with all the required tools. Their wrapping skills were second to none when dealing with fragile items. They kept us apprised of developments at all times, which was a huge comfort.
The movers took many breaks throughout the task, including a 45-minute lunch break while the clock ran. It seemed like a rip-off when I had to pay for their longer break time. They need to manage their time more fairly and effectively.
I already did a review about how bad they are.. an update is now is being 44 days and still have not received my stuff and they don't know where it is.... they told me to wait and they give a insignificant discount for the tardiness (like I care about that)... to this point I don't know if I will ever get my stuff... I've been trying to reach them without response... I tried their instagram account and they deleted my comment there and also blocked me... which means they have no intent to fix their mess..... I am to the point of getting legal advice....
Horrible customer service. They tripled the cost once they showed up and I shared pictures and measurements of everything…. Delivery delayed 9 days and damaged items and they won’t do anything or return phone calls. Don’t use this company!!!!!
The movers were punctual, courteous, and diligent the whole time. Great appreciation to the wonderful people. Did I have any special requirements? They wanted to know if I was happy with everything. They double-checked the invoice with me to confirm completion before they departed. Amazing job.
