Moving company in Sterling, VA
I looked up this firm on Google and conducted further research. They are a well-known, duly licensed company with an excellent reputation. I contacted their customer support representatives because I'm getting ready to relocate across the country. Their service was excellent, and the price quote was fair.
Customer service was great! Container was clean/like new! Pickup and Drop off was fantastic for a storage solution for our home renovation. We could not be happier!
We had to keep asking for updates, which was a bit annoying. But, on moving day, things went smoothly, and the movers did a good job. If they improved their communication, the whole experience would have been much better.
I can’t recommend these guys highly enough! Moving is normally a super stressful process, but from the very beginning, when I first spoke to Arnetia on the phone, I immediately felt at ease. Arnetia made the moving and storage process really easy for me to understand. Zippy is straightforward with how they charge, and makes it easy to understand how much the move will cost. They were efficient, friendly, and above all, extremely careful with my belongings. If you rent a pod, definitely use these guys to pack it. The way they packed up the pods was so impressive- they really maxed out how much was stored in each, which really helps keep my storage costs down. I’ve had at least 10 moves in my life, and this, by far was the best experience. I will definitely be using these guys to unpack everything when my new house is ready. Thanks Zippy team! You guys rock!
A fraction of the cost of other POD company's, and the service was outstanding. Everything on time without issue. I had them load and unload 100 miles apart, and do 3 months of storage. Couldn't be more pleased with how it all turned out.
I needed an easy solution to temporarily move a number of items out of my garage in order to resurface the floor. Zippy provided the perfect sized trailer that was delivered on time, picked up on time and redelivered when I was ready. I will certainly use Zippy in the future!
I filled a shell in Florida and had it delivered to Virginia for our family move. When I called to have my shell delivered to our new home in VA I asked for it to be delivered 5 days later. I was told it would be 2 weeks to get it! But here's the kicker, I was then told if I hired their unloaders I could get it faster. Extortion? Unprofessional! I'll never use Zippy Shell again.
Client relations were on top of things and really helpful. The whole process was super convenient. Great service, especially for the price! Impressive Moving Team.
Our brand-new home's furnishings and fixtures were delivered in perfect condition and skillfully set up by the delivery staff. Zippy Shell Northern Virginia stands out as the best moving leading company.
