X Van Lines LLC lived up to their reputation. I was really pleased with the care they took in protecting our belongings, especially glass-topped dressers and other fragile items. They put cardboard over these, and then protective wrapping. They also were efficient and friendly. I don't know if there were cheaper options, but they got the job done for about the estimated price. I would use them again.

They communicated their arrival time, upon arrival they were very professional and friendly. We had fun with jokes and conversation. They made me feel very comfortable with them handling my personal belongings and respected any instructions that I had. They handle everything very carefully and if they had questions or concerns they asked in a professional manner. I would definitely use them again and refer friends to use their services as well. Some of my furniture had to be taken apart, which I thought would be a hassle. But they brought tools and knew exactly what to do. The disassembly and reassembly were fast and flawless. X Van Lines even helped me rearrange a few things after delivery. They didn’t mind staying a little longer. This was real white-glove service. So worth the price!
I’ve had BAD experiences with movers before, but this team restored my faith! They showed up on time, packed everything meticulously, and even disassembled and reassembled my furniture FLAWLESSLY! Their hard work and dedication made my moving day a breeze!
The crew was ON POINT the entire day! They came prepared with dollies, blankets, and straps, which made the process look effortless. My heaviest dresser got carried down three flights of stairs like it was nothing. Movers stayed upbeat and professional, even when dealing with my tricky staircase. Everything was placed neatly at the new spot, ready for me to unpack without stress. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.
The movers were awesome! In spite of the very cold whether they were still very efficient, communicative, and courteous. Customer Service was excellent as well. I was having a bit of stress getting my new home ready and preparing to move. My brother recommended Great Movers as they did an excellent job with his move a while back. He told me that the least stressful part will be the actual moving with the movers and he was so right. I highly recommend using this company.
