The company was easy to work with, with various points of contact and flexibility when we had to adjust our plans. We used them for both moving our household items, as well as our truck and both experiences were handled professionally and our items arrived safely and undamaged.
The movers worked quickly but always with caution. I felt like my things were in good hands the entire time. Fragile pieces were handled perfectly. Heavy furniture was moved without a scratch. The delivery was smooth and exactly on time. I’d recommend them to anyone.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a "full service" moving package with them, which was fulfilled by JVA transportation. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.
We had a move last week. three very competent men showed up and did a very good job. We had no damage and the move was completed in one day. Plus they were very friendly and helpful. They even went out of the way to get my elliptical exercise machine up some very difficult stairs. Was greatly appreciated. And they gave us boxes in advance to pack and move what we could before them came. Plus the price was very positive. Highly recommend X Van Lines LLC
They communicated their arrival time, upon arrival they were very professional and friendly. We had fun with jokes and conversation. They made me feel very comfortable with them handling my personal belongings and respected any instructions that I had. They handle everything very carefully and if they had questions or concerns they asked in a professional manner. I would definitely use them again and refer friends to use their services as well. From the moment we hired X Van Lines LLC to help pack our U-Haul for our move to Iowa, I was pleasantly surprised. We ended up having more stuff that anticipated and, despite working long days, the team ended up taking such a load off my my plate and treated my furniture like it was their own. They were so careful and packed our U-Haul to maximize every square inch. The owners even came to ensure that the team was taken care of, which says a lot about the owners. I’m truly thankful I made the call to X Van Lines LLC and am so appreciative of all they did! And on top of it all, nothing was broken or damaged when we unloaded!! What a relief!!! Thank you
