Moving day used to scare me—but NOT THIS TIME! The CREW made sure every item was packed tightly and transported safely. No scratches, no delays, no stress! They even helped place the rugs. Truly a CLASS ACT from start to finish.
I've moved 16 plus times and I have to say this was my best experience I've ever had with a moving company. Everything was seamless from the video quote to the guys saying goodbye. Movers were helpful, friendly, professional, and respectful. I moved my fiance from a 2nd floor walk up in NYC to Rockland County. I got a call 30 min before arrival. They did a walkthru to confirm everything. They also took the time to point out this we might have overlooked or didn't notice. If I every had to move again their wouldn't be any hesitation to call them again.
crew were super efficient and flexible and did a great job with our move. This is our second time in two years using X Van Lines LLC and we have no regrets. The move-out was faster than I thought it would be. And they dealt with a long drive and three flights of stairs for the move-in but you’d never know it. Asked great questions about where we wanted our stuff and were kind and respectful. Einstein’s pre-move process is super easy, but its the actual movers they send for us that make the moving headache as seamless as possible. We’re grateful!
My moving day went smoother than I could have imagined. The crew was on time, friendly, and efficient. They handled my fragile dishes like experts and kept everything organized. The final bill was fair, and worth every penny. I would recommend them without hesitation!
I have never had a better moving experience than with X Van Lines LLC. Their whole team (office to ground) is so organized, attentive, and anticipates needs before you even realize. They offer a bunch of white glove services, inclusive of packing, disposing/donating unwanted items, carpentry, etc. Could not recommend them enough!
They moved everything from furniture, desks, to delicate electronics, tools and other equipment for us. Top notch care with our items, efficient communication and well organized. No hesitation to use again!
The whole crew was very nice very professional and very easy work with and such a pleasure to deal with. In my opinion, X Van Lines LLC is the best moving company I have ever used in my life. Not planning on moving anytime soon now but when I do X Van Lines LLC will be the first and only moving company I call. Overall, it was a perfect experience. The moving crew was excellent - before getting started we talked through a game plan room by room, and it was clear that they all took their work very seriously. They were quick and efficient and very conscientious in caring for my furniture, some of which were precious family heirlooms from my grandmother's recent passing. Not a single scratch! I also really appreciated the transparent quote/booking process and that there were no hidden fees during or after the move. HIGHLY recommend!
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
