Moving across town was a breeze thanks to this great moving service. The crew was punctual, and they made sure all my furniture was properly wrapped and protected. A smooth, hassle-free experience.
IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Predatory service so bad I felt like we were just scammed. Booked a "full service" moving package with them, which was fulfilled by JVA transportation. Doubled the price 5 days before the booked date. When they packed boxes, they were half-full at best (one example: 3 suit jackets in one medium box). Had to stop and redirect them to do real work. Then, our space/box limit was used up almost immediately, so, if we wanted the rest of the work done, there was going to be an additional charge. They didn't even touch the kitchen. We ultimately had to rent a 10' UHaul and come back to complete the job. We should have just packed ourselves and used Two Men And A Truck. I could not have been more upset with the service we received.
X Van Lines LLC was amazing! I reached out just a week before my move to get a quote, and even with short notice, they were so flexible and worked me into their schedule. My move ended up taking longer than expected, but the team worked so hard, wrapped everything perfectly, and made sure every piece was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home. They were kind, professional, and never made me feel rushed or like the job was too much. I didn’t feel overcharged or taken advantage of — just genuinely cared for. I’m so grateful for their help and would absolutely use X Van Lines LLC again. Highly recommend
I can’t say enough how great our experience with X Van Lines LLC was! They moved us carefully and efficiently, and they maintained great attitudes when we unexpectedly needed a locksmith to access our new home. They also had a great suggestion when our furniture didn’t fit as expected, and they patiently helped us find the perfect layout. We will definitely use them again next time!
Today Chris, Richard, Luis , Ivan and Martin helped Any Hour Services move out of our 5000 square-foot building into our new 20,000 square-foot building. These guys were awesome professionals and hard workers. They were nonstop. All of them were very respectful. Martin made the experience a positive and fun one. Highly recommend these guys.
They handled everything with care. Made sure to properly understand the space, and help manage bulky items, and store and move them in a professional manner. They had a great attitude, were very efficient, time conscious, and professional demeanor. I was happy with the price offered, and was put at ease with no additional surprise costs at the end. I would definitely recommend this service, and would recommend Jordan and Victor to be your movers.
The crews were very professional and wrapped our furniture to protect it. The crew worked very hard and managed to load up our house in about 6 hours. I would recommend them to anyone considering movers for their move. Angel’s crew was awesome and did a great job!1
Would love to work with them again. We did have some issues with the company however with a smaller truck being provided then was needed as well as the truck breaking down, which we’ve heard is not abnormal for this company. The sales team we believe should work better with the movers and the realities that are occurring during move days. Can’t recommend Seth and Paul, our movers, enough though!
I can add to this crowded 5 star review. Haven’t seen people who worked so hard with care for so long. We had 3 strapping men came to take a lot of furniture from a 2 story home and moved them to 3 other homes all over the Bay Area. They were thorough, mindful of the walls and floor, took beds and cabinets apart at one location and put together at the next. It was a joy to watch. All done with grunts and smiles. Minimal English needed.
X Van Lines saved us when another company ghosted. I called in a panic, and they were at our door the next morning. No guilt trips, no eye rolls. Just solid work and kindness. Everything moved on time and intact. What started as a nightmare turned into a blessing. HEROES!
