Crew arrived early. Didn’t waste a second. Light conversation, but mostly worked in silence. Truck filled up before I realized it. They knew where to step and how to lift. Items were treated gently. Delivery was just as focused.
Had an interstate move, and the crew took all the stress out of the process. The movers were knowledgeable and experienced, handling everything with care.
My cross-borough move was exceptionally smooth! Josh the foreman and the other mover were great - they were quick, adaptable, careful, and kept all the items in great condition. Couldn't have asked for a simpler move. X Van Lines LLC was also very flexible regarding dates and times, which I appreciated.
We moved to a house with a large yard, so a lot of outdoor furniture and equipment had to be relocated. The movers carefully packed all of our patio furniture, gardening supplies, and even our lawnmower. I was delighted with their organization and ability to fit everything onto the vehicle.
They sent four hardworking movers and a big truck, and even though we had way more stuff than expected (it ended up taking two trips), they handled everything professionally and with great care. The team stayed positive, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and manageable. Upon booking with x van lines they reassured me that they are not brokers and do not subcontract out any labor. That is not true. Upon truck arrival I was greeted by a different company that wasnt x van lines who were telling me completely different things about the payment on pickup and delivery. Completely dishonest business take your money elsewhere
Yeah....it's a no for me!! Called for a quote, then I was asked what other prices have I gotten, WHAT AM I COMFORTABLE PAYING, does putting some things in storage make financial sense, why am I leaving things in 1 state when I'm moving to another.....then the person hung up on me because I'm sure he could sense I wasn't about to be interrogated about a decision I'd made. I called for a quote, not life advice.

crew were super efficient and flexible and did a great job with our move. This is our second time in two years using X Van Lines LLC and we have no regrets. The move-out was faster than I thought it would be. And they dealt with a long drive and three flights of stairs for the move-in but you’d never know it. Asked great questions about where we wanted our stuff and were kind and respectful. Einstein’s pre-move process is super easy, but its the actual movers they send for us that make the moving headache as seamless as possible. We’re grateful!
