They communicated their arrival time, upon arrival they were very professional and friendly. We had fun with jokes and conversation. They made me feel very comfortable with them handling my personal belongings and respected any instructions that I had. They handle everything very carefully and if they had questions or concerns they asked in a professional manner. I would definitely use them again and refer friends to use their services as well. The morning started hectic, but X Van Lines instantly brought calm to the situation. They packed the last few items I hadn’t gotten to, wrapped every chair and table, and kept checking in to make sure I was happy. It felt less like hiring strangers and more like having friends help me out.
The loading process was so smooth I barely noticed it. Items were lifted carefully, stacked smartly, and tied down securely. Everyone had their role and did it well. There was no confusion or overlap. The team stayed professional from start to end. I appreciated the efficiency. A move well done.
