Great moving experience overall. The movers were professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. They even helped with unpacking at the new place!
I was relocating my home office and worried about my tech setup. They asked which cables needed special care. My monitors, printers, and speakers were wrapped individually. Each cord went into a labeled bag. I didn’t lose a single adapter. Everything worked right after the move. That kind of accuracy deserves real credit. I could start work immediately.
They communicated their arrival time, upon arrival they were very professional and friendly. We had fun with jokes and conversation. They made me feel very comfortable with them handling my personal belongings and respected any instructions that I had. They handle everything very carefully and if they had questions or concerns they asked in a professional manner. I would definitely use them again and refer friends to use their services as well. Thank you guys, you were amazing!!💜🎉
The communication from beginning to end was amazing with the staff members over the phone, helping me answer all my questions , to the driver’s and movers calling and checking in. The gentleman that helped me this time around were respectful and treated my belongings like their belongings. They were friendly, professional, and help me problem solve on best ways to pack my storage I was moving into. I’m definitely looking forward to using the service again when me and my fiancé move into our home. Thank yall so much !
Let me tell y’all something. These guys? AWESOME! If I’m in the area I will use them again. Extremely fair pricing, great speed, they made it look easy! They were on time, kept good documentation, made sure the TV survived the trip. Fantastic experience.
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
I can’t say enough how great our experience with X Van Lines LLC was! They moved us carefully and efficiently, and they maintained great attitudes when we unexpectedly needed a locksmith to access our new home. They also had a great suggestion when our furniture didn’t fit as expected, and they patiently helped us find the perfect layout. We will definitely use them again next time!
Moved my mom from Selah to Springdale. Was very professional, respectful and patient. Took care of treating valuables with extra care. All her items that were very important were handled with extra care. All items made it to the destination in perfect condition and in timely manner. We highly value and recommend this company to everyone.
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
The owner was very accommodating. His team was hard working and friendly. They packed every inch like the game Tetris which gave us extra room in the storage than expected. We will 100% use this moving company from now on.
