X Van Lines made it feel easy, even enjoyable. My furniture and boxes arrived just as they left. I was thrilled with the results.
We are really overwhelmed about our new house and they made it so much easier. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Everything was nicely packed and they helped us place our stuff propertly. Keith and Jimmy came to our residence and packed up our furniture and other belongings and carefully stored them. Two days later when it was time to put them back and unpack, they did so with great care. Most importantly because they proactively took pictures, they were able to put every single item (small and large) back in its original place. Very professional duo. Will definitely use them again for any type of residential move.
They communicated their arrival time, upon arrival they were very professional and friendly. We had fun with jokes and conversation. They made me feel very comfortable with them handling my personal belongings and respected any instructions that I had. They handle everything very carefully and if they had questions or concerns they asked in a professional manner. I would definitely use them again and refer friends to use their services as well. When I met with Jay, he simply left a more confident and can do attitude than the other companies. During our move, we did experience a fairly big hiccup, but Jay was right there as he said from the beginning - and he stayed until everything was complete and done like he promised. Knowing X Van Lines LLC has Jay Dempsey on their team, I cannot recommend them highly enough! In short, Jay saved our move and held true to his word, which is extremely rare in today’s world…especially the not so heavily regulated moving industry. If you need to move - get with Jay, he will give you the up front and honest truth…and be there till the end!!!! Thank you Jay for everything!!!
This team really impressed me with their attitude. They didn’t just move boxes—they made sure everything was where I wanted it. They respected my time and my belongings, which means a lot. I felt completely at ease during the move. It’s rare to find service this dependable.
They completed the work within the promised timeframe, handled all the complexities of moving between apartments with flexibility, and were excellent at what they do. I’m grateful for how they followed up and responded to all our requests.
The team was exceptionally organized and moved with military-like precision. Every item was padded, packed, and placed with absolute care. They treated my antique dresser like a museum piece.
