Moving day used to scare me—but NOT THIS TIME! The CREW made sure every item was packed tightly and transported safely. No scratches, no delays, no stress! They even helped place the rugs. Truly a CLASS ACT from start to finish.

When I met with Jay, he simply left a more confident and can do attitude than the other companies. During our move, we did experience a fairly big hiccup, but Jay was right there as he said from the beginning - and he stayed until everything was complete and done like he promised. Knowing X Van Lines LLC has Jay Dempsey on their team, I cannot recommend them highly enough! In short, Jay saved our move and held true to his word, which is extremely rare in today’s world…especially the not so heavily regulated moving industry. If you need to move - get with Jay, he will give you the up front and honest truth…and be there till the end!!!! Thank you Jay for everything!!!

They communicated their arrival time, upon arrival they were very professional and friendly. We had fun with jokes and conversation. They made me feel very comfortable with them handling my personal belongings and respected any instructions that I had. They handle everything very carefully and if they had questions or concerns they asked in a professional manner. I would definitely use them again and refer friends to use their services as well. They packed up with incredible care--even finding and returning a pair of earrings I had misplaced--and were both thorough and so speedy! I was particularly impressed by the level of communication and customer service throughout the process. I had multiple points of contact checking in with me and sharing schedule updates (even though they were always exactly on time). I cannot recommend them highly enough!

X Van Lines truly raised the bar. I didn’t have to worry about a thing—they kept it organized, secure, and incredibly efficient.
They were fantastic. They got everything loaded up that I had asked for initially plus some, and everything unloaded and my desks that had to be taken apart put back together in ~4 hours. It was so worth not dealing with the hassle of finding a truck and then lifting all of the heavy stuff ourselves. Plus they were so careful with the expensive pieces and everything made it though the move without being damaged.
