My studio apartment was cleared and delivered in hours. The team made sure every single box was handled gently. They took time with the details and didn’t cut corners. Communication was steady the whole day. Every item was in perfect shape upon arrival. It couldn’t have gone more smoothly. A TRUE five-star experience!
They communicated their arrival time, upon arrival they were very professional and friendly. We had fun with jokes and conversation. They made me feel very comfortable with them handling my personal belongings and respected any instructions that I had. They handle everything very carefully and if they had questions or concerns they asked in a professional manner. I would definitely use them again and refer friends to use their services as well. Charged my parents most 12,000 to do a full pack and move from Florida to Tennessee. My mom told them all the stuff they had and he said they were sending a 26fr truck. My mom said they will not be enough i have moved several times. The guy argued with her saying he was the professional and she was not. She tried several times before the day to talk to them and the sales guy to confirm everything and the sales guy supposedly don’t work there any more. Then day of move they don’t arrive until after 12 with 2 men to full pack and move a 4 bedroom house. 26ft truck and they pack horribly broke the washer by shearing off the hose. Broke off the thermostat off the wall and several other items. They did not get everything on the truck or packed at the house. They demand cash or Zelle of 3800 upon arrival in TN they refused to drive up the driveway unless cash in hand. I had to get the cash for them because they don’t bank here yet nor do they do Zelle. Brought 2 more guys to unload and paid them $60 each to do it they hired them off the street in Huntsville al. Now that they have their money customer service is not talking to them anymore. It’s time for a lawyer. I have now read so many complaints here, google, Reddit of the same song and dance. Every single detail! My parents had to rent another 26 ft truck head back down to Florida and pack the rest, load it and drive it back here paying more money now. Contract they give you is a joke!
Definitely a sweat and worry free move for us. Price are reasonable too. Company like them is a blessing because moving is one of my biggest worry but thank God we are avail to find X Van Lines LLC. Thank you!
crew helped us move out of our one bedroom to our new two bedroom apartment. They were both personable and communicative when it came to moving everything. They were also careful with our belongings while moving efficiently. We highly recommend X Van Lines LLC when it comes to moving and will be sure to use them for future moves, due to Alex and Bobby’s enthusiasm and kindness. Lastly, Erin the organizer of the move, was terrific with her approach to scheduling the move. She helped us get the best price while being open-minded competing with other businesses quotes we gathered!
