I expected delays, maybe even a missing box. None of that happened. They moved steadily, loaded neatly, and even checked my checklist before leaving. It gave me closure. That sense of completeness is rare with moving companies. But not this time.
I needed a change of scenery, and this moving team was fantastic. They took care of everything, from packing to setting up my new space. I was impressed by their efficiency and friendliness. They made the whole process feel like an exciting adventure. Now I’m enjoying my new surroundings without a worry. Highly recommend for anyone looking to start fresh!
they went over my quote in detail with me at the start so that I had a very good understanding of what the move would cost beforehand, and they were very accommodating when I asked to add some extra items to my move only a few days before. On the day of, the whole crew was really helpful, very communicative, and extremely professional. It all got done 1.5 hours faster than anticipated, and everything arrived in pristine condition. They were also very up front about what sort of protections my items and space needed and were honest about what I didn't need, so I wasnt upsold unnecessarily. The company also checked in with me multiple times during the move to make sure all was going smoothly, which it was! I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them for future moves. :)
crew were super efficient and flexible and did a great job with our move. This is our second time in two years using X Van Lines LLC and we have no regrets. The move-out was faster than I thought it would be. And they dealt with a long drive and three flights of stairs for the move-in but you’d never know it. Asked great questions about where we wanted our stuff and were kind and respectful. Einstein’s pre-move process is super easy, but its the actual movers they send for us that make the moving headache as seamless as possible. We’re grateful!
We have had an EXCELLENT experience with X Van Lines LLC. We are not yet moved in because our stuff will be in storage for a couple of months, so we can’t comment on delivery and unloading yet, but as stressful as preparing for a move is, everyone at White Star has made it as easy as possible, from getting a quote and getting honest,
• When initially agreeing to use XVan Lines to move my household goods, the total price was $7,800. At the pre-moving conversation, a week prior to the move the price increased to $11,000 and when the movers arrived the price increased to $14,410. • I asked and was re-assured that they would provide a weight ticket, only to have the movers communicate no-one communicated to them to get a weigh ticket. • My house move-in date changed from the initial date. When I communicated the change of delivery date to XVan Lines, I was assured this would not be a problem. Then I was called a week prior to the initial delivery date saying the goods were set to be dropped off and told from XVan lines no one had record of my communication with them about the change in date, even though I was assured multiple times from employees that the change in delivery date would be no problem. • Multiple items were severely damaged on the move, such as my dryer which the top was disconnected from the dryer; dining room table which we cannot use the leaf or extend the table due to the damage; along with many other items. When providing all documentation for damages and compensation, the company offered to pay $75.00. • When attempting to communicate with Xan Line representatives, I would consistently be told I would receive calls back but constantly would not get a call or communication back. I asked to talk with managers about my experiences but would not get a contact back. When asking representatives why they didn’t call me back, often the responses were that they were busy or sorry that they had forgot. I have 8 different documented instances where I was either hung up on or did not receive a phone call back from the company.
The company was easy to work with, with various points of contact and flexibility when we had to adjust our plans. We used them for both moving our household items, as well as our truck and both experiences were handled professionally and our items arrived safely and undamaged.
team were phenomenal! They were communicative, early, safe and fast! We so appreciated their help in our first move into a house! 10/10 would recommend them again. They even went above and beyond in helping us remove some things we no longer wanted.
They were very friendly and efficient! Helped break down the bed & took legs off couches to keep (most) walls safe & untouched! Our apartment was super funky so the fact that they were able to move everything as well as they did was sooo helpful! We are two full time working girls with 4 pets so their help was priceless! 10/10 recommend! Pricing was fantastic compared to other companies we spoke with! Movers themselves were kind & accommodating!
Moving can be stressful, but these pros made it easier. The packing service was thorough, and the move went faster than expected. Highly efficient team.
