I’ve used the X Van Lines LLC twice & they were FANTASTIC! The customer service, professionalism, care of your possessions & home, communication, above & beyond, and good humor & care on moving day - all are exceptional. Both times, an A+ experience, and pricing is more than fair. My move had lots of moving parts & locations (local and out of town) - X Van Lines LLC were more than accommodating & everything was done to plan. . I cannot say enough about them, their crew, & the topnotch job they do.
X Van Lines saved me last minute when the company I booked just didn't respond. They came at a day notice and had even offered storage until I find a new place. The crew was polite and friendly and their manager Tony handled everything beautifully! If you need an honest moving company look no further!
They communicated their arrival time, upon arrival they were very professional and friendly. We had fun with jokes and conversation. They made me feel very comfortable with them handling my personal belongings and respected any instructions that I had. They handle everything very carefully and if they had questions or concerns they asked in a professional manner. I would definitely use them again and refer friends to use their services as well. This moving company took the stress out of relocating. They packed everything efficiently and handled my fragile items with extra care. My furniture arrived without any damage, and they placed everything exactly where I wanted. An outstanding job!
Very communicative and flexible, Tad was very easy to work with in the lead up to the move. On the day, Ivan and the other guy were great, they did a thorough job of wrapping up my large items and protecting them, and then pulled some Tetris magic getting everything to fit into my storage unit. Very grateful to the team at X Van Lines LLC. Third time using them and certainly not the last!
What a terrible experience. I was given an estimate. It was fair. Then the ugly started. Five days before the pickup my estimate was raised substantially. I removed a few things from the original estimate. And added a few things. The cubic feet only increased by about 25 cf. My estimate increased over $1500…. On their website they have a big X VanLines truck. Drivers with X VanLines t-shirts. I got a random truck. And random drivers. They refused to show me identification. They refused to show me their license to drive a truck. They were late, rude, and mean. The police were eventually called. They had all of my worldly possessions. It was incredibly stressful and scary. The delivery wasn’t much better. The driver had an awful attitude. X VanLines “Flat Pricing” and “No Hidden Surprises. Ever.” is a joke. Literally every part of this move was a surprise. The price increase. The location of my belongings. When I was going to receive my belongings. Who the people were that had my belongings. Please don’t hire this company. I have never been treated like this in my life. And please pass this on to friends and family.
X Van Lines LLC were fantastic from beginning to end. Max was very helpful setting up the move. On move-in day, Ryan and his crew were incredible. Everything went smoothly. They were efficient, kind and very careful with all the pieces being moved.
They completed the work within the promised timeframe, handled all the complexities of moving between apartments with flexibility, and were excellent at what they do. I’m grateful for how they followed up and responded to all our requests.
SO grateful for this company! The 3-man crew were super friendly, chill, and professional. They followed my color-coding system perfectly and handled everything with care. We were out of our old and into our new house in 6 hours!! Talk about speed! Highly recommend!
