the team was incredibly kind, meticulous, and super communicative throughout the entire process. They were lifesavers, rolling with every punch – from our moving van falling through last minute to handling extra items like our plants that weren't originally quoted. They even made a run for more boxes and supplies when we realized we had more than planned!
They arrived right on time, fully prepared, and ready to get to work. From the moment they stepped in, their professionalism and attention to detail were clear. They handled all of my belongings with great care, wrapping and loading everything efficiently and securely. I’ve had BAD experiences with movers before, but this team restored my faith! They showed up on time, packed everything meticulously, and even disassembled and reassembled my furniture FLAWLESSLY! Their hard work and dedication made my moving day a breeze!
Avoid this company at all costs... 1- We paid for premium packing and they did not provide protection for most of the items they box 2- We paid for 4 wardrobe boxes. got 2... and they didn't hang any clothes. They tossed all the clothes... suits, dresses, shoes in a box 3- Broke the screen on a 80 inch tv 4- Put a huge dent in both the washer and the dryer... Removing he enamel. 5- Did not deliver items such as a ladder, and a game system 6- Put a cast iron skillet on top of glassware 7 - Told us they could not get the truck on the street, so they needed to off load on another truck and charged us another $3800. 8- They only take cash... While they say they will take Zelle, it has a cap of $2500.. They say they will take a money order from the post office, but you don't know the amount until they arrive. We paid in total 13K for a move that took 3 hours to box/pack and 2 hours to unload. Almost zero furniture. I have moved professionally 5 times and this was an absolute joke. These people will destroy your items and hold your items hostage until you pay them, in cash.
They communicated their arrival time, upon arrival they were very professional and friendly. We had fun with jokes and conversation. They made me feel very comfortable with them handling my personal belongings and respected any instructions that I had. They handle everything very carefully and if they had questions or concerns they asked in a professional manner. I would definitely use them again and refer friends to use their services as well. Thank you guys, you were amazing!!💜🎉
Our movers Alex, Rick, and Clint, did an outstanding job, put everything exactly where I needed it and were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, Wonderful job.
Got things done, no bs at all. There was a slight miscommunication with what exactly to move, but it did not affect the service one bit. They showed up professional and prepared, and finished the move quickly and efficiently!
Managing a large move was daunting, but X Van Lines made it feel effortless. Their team mapped out a clear plan from the start. Delicate antiques were given special care without being reminded. Heavy lifting was done safely and quickly. They kept me updated without me needing to chase them. It all ran smoother than I hoped!
Alex, Mike and Andy moved all of our stuff from our 1 bedroom apartment in less than 3 hours! Including dropping off everything at our new house 10 minutes away! I highly recommend these guys to get your move done!
