Missoula to Kalispell, big crew for a big move

Large Montana move from Missoula to Kalispell. Crew of four, long day, long drive north. The coordinator had arranged the timeline to account for the drive. Furniture arrived in good condition. Price matched the estimate. Beds and large pieces disassembled and reassembled. A few surface marks on one dresser but the crew flagged it before I noticed.

Stairs didn't slow them down

Moved from Sarasota to Venice. The stairs in my townhouse were a pain. They didn't complain. Wrapped all my furniture. Took about six hours. Price was in the middle of the quotes i got.

Communication was slow but the move was good

The actual move from Boise to Eagle went well. Crew arrived on time, worked carefully, nothing was damaged. My issue was pre-move communication — getting confirmation took longer than it should have and I had to follow up more than once. The coordinator eventually resolved it but it added stress ahead of an already stressful day. Price matched the quote.

Boca Raton estate, premium materials made a difference

Moving a five-bedroom estate from Boca Raton to Delray Beach required a large crew and premium materials for the art and antiques. West Star delivered on both. The coordinator managed the details and the crew handled everything with evident experience. The final walk-through confirmed everything was accounted for. Price matched the quote. Good estate-level Florida move.

Honest review of a three-star experience

The movers were friendly and handled my furniture with care. But they arrived about 30 minutes late and nobody called ahead to let me know. The communication in the days leading up to the move was also slow — I had to call to confirm the window. Final price was close to the quote. Good movers, but the logistics coordination needs work.

Cat didn't escape

Short move but I had a lot of boxes. They brought a dolly and moved everything fast. Took about three hours. My cat was hiding. They found her and made sure didn't escape.

Fish tank survived

Moved for work. They packed my kitchen and living room. Took about five hours. Everything arrived. My fish tank made it. They didn't charge extra for the tank.

Small San Jose to Santa Clara move, no issues

Studio move from San Jose to Santa Clara. Two movers, efficient, done in about two hours. My bicycle was handled carefully. Price was exactly what I was quoted. Furniture placed where I directed. Nothing complicated, nothing broken. Good local California move.

Family move, patient crew

Moved our family of four. The crew was patient with our kids. They loaded everything and even helped position furniture. Took a full day. No damage. My wife was happy.
